BIOGRAPHY
VIOLET TOWNSHIP – Adam Joseph Robison was born to Joseph “Joe” Louis and Margaret “Margi” Lynn Robison in Cleveland, Ohio, on Monday, June 14, 1982. He had two other siblings: Emily Marie and Luke Joseph. The family moved to Fairfield County sometime during his childhood as he attended and graduated from Bloom-Carroll High School in 2000 and continued his education at Ohio University in Athens.
MARRIAGE
He met Crystal Marie Chase during his childhood and instantly and completely fell in love with her. He shared that she completed his soul when they married on Saturday, August 23, 2003, which he expressed ranked as one of the happiest days of his life. At that time he attended Ohio University in Athens, and Crystal worked as a personal assistant and lived in Pickerington.
PERSONALITY
Known to harness a quick-wit personality, Adam managed to bring out the best in anyone and everyone he connected with. Known to many as a Godly and brilliant man, he served his family with unwavering loyalty, honor, and commitment to a duty to protect those he loved at all cost. As a successful father, he valued his children immensely and believed they were his greatest mission in life. He strived to maintain a Godly and loyal household, alongside his wife, as they raised their children in a supportive and laughter-filled home. Adam also enjoyed hunting with his father, son, brother, and best friend. He embraced “a persistent drive to seek the Truth and was known to often take him to the edges of our understanding of the Word.”
MILITARY
Adam served in the United States Army as a Major and led a platoon during his deployment in Baghdad, Iraq between 2006-2007. During those 15 months, he planned and executed over 330 patrols. He received the Purple Heart for wounds sustained during an IED blast in 2007, which left him with a Traumatic Brain injury. Also, U.S. Congressman, Steve Stivers, presented Major Adam Joseph Robison with the Ohio Distinguished Service Medal upon also receiving his retirement from the U.S. Army in 2014.
RETIREMENT
Retired U.S. Army Major Adam Joseph Robison developed several successful companies after his time in military service, which he left active duty in 2008. Prior to his death he served as the Senior Director of Lead Testing Products for SciAps, Inc.
LEGACY
Major Robison passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 20, 2022, in his sleep, two months after his 40th birthday. The tragic loss left his soul-mate, best friend, and wife of 24 years a widow. Together they had four children: Brook, Adia, Brooklyn, and Stori.
